Christopher Barnett, J.D.
CEO
Christopher Barnett is the quintessential American entrepreneur, having launched multiple enterprises with favorable outcomes since the age of 18. In his current asset group, Mr. Barnett was instrumental in the formation and launch of GateHouse Treatment as a large behavioral healthcare treatment center in Nashua, NH. GateHouse and its related companies would later be the cornerstone of the ICBD Holdings management company.
By applying a process-rich and data-centric business approach, Mr. Barnett has led the charge in building assets that both serve the community and produce profitability. Mr. Barnett’s entrepreneurial spirit continues to drive multiple companies. By setting a vision and applying years of refined general business acumen, Mr. Barnett and his team have created successful assets in the areas of medical billing, behavioral healthcare, physician groups, advertising, public adjusting, real estate and professional services/management.
Mr. Barnett’s official credentials and licensure include licensed real estate broker, certified general contractor and licensed mortgage broker. By focusing on talent acquisition, talent retention and building an environment with a shared vision among team members, Mr. Barnett’s organizations have been fortunate enough to sustain exponential growth in both expanding and contracting economic cycles.
Mr. Barnett holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Temple University. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends while boating, golfing and traveling. As giving back to the community is of paramount importance to Mr. Barnett, is a member of the Board of Visitors for the College of Public Health at Temple University. He also supports multiple charities, such as Boys & Girls Club of Broward County and The Partnership for a Drug-Free Community of South Florida.

Patricia Mundarain
Director of Marketing
Patricia Mundarain brings more than 25 years of experience in marketing to the suite of companies at ICBD Holdings. She has held a variety of roles in her field, including demand generation, communications and business development in the IT industry.
As ICBD’s director of marketing, Ms. Mundarain puts her enterprise-level skill set to work growing the various companies through integrated marketing campaigns, online and offline initiatives and sales funnel acceleration. Her background in platform management and data analytics translates to improved internal processes and overall campaign effectiveness.
Before joining ICBD, she was executive director at ITWomen, a nonprofit dedicated to increasing the number of females in the fields of technology and engineering. She also led the Regional Demand Center team for Latin America at Motorola Solutions. She spent nearly a decade at Citrix Systems as a marketing manager building cobranded programs with Microsoft, HP, Oracle and SAP.
Ms. Mundarain earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Florida Atlantic University with a concentration in Spanish. She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association, as well as the National Association of REALTORS®.
Ms. Mundarain has volunteered for quite a number of national and regional organizations, including the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, JLBR Diaper Bank, Mae Volen Senior Center, Boca Helping Hands and the Movember Foundation.

Javier Cabrera, MBA
Chief Technology Officer
As CTO, Javier Cabrera is responsible for ICBD’s technology strategy and vision. A seasoned IT leader,
Mr. Cabrera has decades of experience leading enterprise-level technology services. Mr. Cabrera’s technical expertise and extensive business acumen make him the ideal CTO, driving technology decisions designed to improve the bottom line of ICBD’s family of companies.
Mr. Cabrera is a proven innovator with a dedicated commitment to remaining at the forefront of developing technologies. He holds multiple certifications in Agile development practices. He has supported clients in diverse industries such as telecommunications, consulting, nuclear, transportation, and industrial engineering.
Before joining ICBD, he served as CTO for educational publisher Santillana USA and Director of Technology for IDOM, a multinational engineering group with projects in 125 cities in five continents. He also served as a board member, provided significant input and support of business decisions, including acquisitions, launches and joint ventures.
Mr. Cabrera is skilled at delivering major projects in key areas, including product management, e-commerce, B2B & B2C, integrations, platforms, APIs and engineering standards. He has led multinational throughout North America, South America and Europe, and is an expert on enterprise cloud solutions supporting communications, systems, and services.
